Historic Preservation Board

About the Board

The Historic Preservation Board was established for the purpose of designating and regulating historic, archaeological, cultural and architectural resources in the city, and advising City Council on issues related to historic preservation. The board administers the city's Historic Preservation Program, which includes Historic Façade Grants and the review/issuance of Certificates of Appropriateness for alterations to existing resources, demolition, and new construction in historic districts. 

Meeting Agendas & Minutes

The Historic Preservation Board meetings the 3rd Thursday of the month. Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.
