As a vendor, you can register with the Florida Purchasing Group and be sure that you see all available solicitations and opportunities. By selecting automatic bid notification, your company will receive emails once the City of Zephyrhills, or any other participation agency, has an opportunity that matches your company's business.
Should we receive additional responses for sole/single source commodities which equal or exceed our requirements and is determined to be a viable option for our use then we will pursue our bid procedures.
