Join our certified instructor, Cara, for this basic level class offering a variety of seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Breathing and relaxation exercises will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Class size is limited. To reserve your spot, online registration for each class begins the Thursday prior to the class.
