TALK is another important literacy skill. Learning nursery rhymes helps children learn about language. They not only learn sounds, but also about the rhythm of language. For children ages 3 to 5 and their parent or caregiver. This month's theme: Pumpkins/Monsters.

Balance & Stability
Join our certified instructor, Cara, for this basic level stability class so you can build strength and better balance. Exercises in stability focus on improving agility and building strength around the ankle, knee and hip joints. Class size is limited. Online registration for each class begins the Friday prior to the class.

The Medicare Basics Presentation, conducted by the SHINE Program, will provide information on the basics of Medicare 101 with coverage that falls into four different areas, called "Parts" - Medicare Parts A, B, C and D and what they mean to you.
A SHINE volunteer will also be available to answer questions about each part that holds your interest.
