$10.30 per month, as 01OCT2007 includes twice a week pick up

 and twice a month recyclables [blue bags].  

Guidelines for Prompt Curbside Service:

• Residential *garbage and rubbish must be placed in plastic bags with a minimum of 1.5 mil thickness or placed in garbage cans. The bags shall not exceed a 32 gallon capacity and when full, cans shall not exceed 50 lbs. A maximum of 4 cans and 10 bags or bundles of leaves or limbs per pickup.
• All free liquids must be drained and bags must be sealed with a twist tie, tape, or other fastener.
• All garbage and rubbish should be set out not later 7:00 a.m. on the day of pick-up and placed within arm's reach, at a central location near the back of the alley or in the front of the street, if applicable.
• Yard trash and debris must be bundled or containerized in a matter that the limbs are no longer than 4 feet in length or 6 inches in diameter and 30 lbs in weight. Small hedges can be pick-up separately.
