How do I know if a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) is required for my property prior to pulling building permits?

A COA is required for work to facades of historic homes in Zephyrhills. Our COA Matrix provides information on the types of work that require a certificate of appropriateness as well as the level of review required for approval.  To find out if your home is designated as historic or as a contributing structure to the Zephyrhills Historic District, please view the historic district map  or contact Historic Preservation Officer at 813-780-0002.
