No Glass Recycling Begins Now! Glass of any kind will no longer be accepted in the City’s recycle bins.
- Why no glass? When glass breaks it becomes a contaminant to the materials in the overall recycling stream.
- What happens to glass? Glass will be incinerated, turned into aggregate and then recycled.
