Site Development Plan submitted by Chick-Fil-A for changes to the approved plan for a 4,970 SF restaurant building at 7490 Gall Boulevard (PID No. 35-25-21-0130-00000-0110).

SUB0002-20: Autumn Palm Villas

Site Development Plans and Preliminary Plat resubmitted by Autumn Palm Drive, LLC for approximately 84 single-story townhomes (villas) on Autumn Palm Drive (PID No. 15-26-21-0030-08100-0010).

RZ0008-20: Districts at Abbott Square

Petition to Rezone approximately 14.25 acres of land (PID Nos. 04-26-21-0010-10200-0000 and 04-26-21-0010-10100-0000) submitted by CBD REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT, LLC. Rezoned parcels will be included in the PUD Master Plan for the Districts at Abbott Square.

PUD Master Plan: Disricts at Abbott Square

PUD Master Plan submitted by CBD REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT LLC for approximately 716 single-family detached and townhomes on the west side of Simons Rd. This is an amendment to the existing PUD Master Plan for the Districts at Abbott Square - reducing the total number of units from 1,088 to 716 and expanding the project boundary lines.
