- Gates leading to a pool without child safety lock mechanism installed 54” from bottom of gate preventing entry into area around pool.
- Pool that is not in working condition when water is present in the pool.
- Abandoned or inoperable pools not secured with safety covering to prevent entry.
- Any pool that is holding unsanitary water or is in unsightly condition.
