• $255.00 + $17.34 tax = $272.34 per month
• Deposit of  $272.34 is required 
• $75.00 fee for cancellation of agreement before 90 days
• A courtesy 0.10 per gallon discount on self-service fuel for tenants

Shade Hangar Agreement

• $125.00 + $8.50 tax = $133.50 per month
• Deposit of $133.50 is required 
• $75.00 fee for cancellation of agreement before 90 days
• A courtesy 0.10 per gallon discount on self-service fuel for tenants

Power to Hangar

Power is not included with lease.  Please inform FBO if you want power in hangar. A City Building Department release is required. Duke Energy may be contacted at 800-700-8744 once hangar is released for power.
